    Information on the programme/course(s) will be included on the website, promotional materials and online application system. Faculties are recommended to provide a copy of course outlines (current or past) for reference.

    The purpose for calling this submission is to engage partner institutions and prospective students early on, to inform them of the programme offerings by Faculties. Faculties are encouraged to also submit programmes in planning or are yet to be confirmed.

    #(1) HKU Summer Institute has stipulated a set of summer entrance requirements in Annex V. Applicants must meet the requirements to be eligible for admission and to be considered. Applicants from Mainland and overseas institutions must be proficient in English, to the extent that they are capable of learning in English.
    #(2) HKU Summer Institute application deadline for undergraduate programmes is 31 March 2019 for student requiring a student visa. For local students, application deadline is 31 May 2019.
    #(3) Typically, students are arranged to check-in one day before the first day of programme, and to check-out from halls one day after the last day of programme. No extra stay beyond the programme period will be allowed.
