Special check in and check out arrangement – 2019 Summer Programmes For students who are offered accommodation acceptance from HKU administered residences, the check-in and check-out time are standardized as below: Check-in: 3:00pm to 6:00pm Check-out: 9:00am to 10:00am Please make sure that your time of arrival and leave are fitted into the above standardized check in / check out time as far as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays. Request for late check-in and early check-out (all fields are required*) If you are unable to check-in / check-out at the above time, you are required submit your request by filling in the below form.
